 I didn't sign up for an account so how do I collect BOUJEE BUCKS?

The only way to collect BOUJEE BUCKS is by signing up for an account. You can easily sign up on the APP or Website. 

What does the account do?

Your personal account will keep track of you orders, manage your BOUJEE BUCKS, and keep you in the loop when new offers and promotions are available.

Can I get BOUJEE BUCKS for past orders if I sign up for an account now?

We are not able to go back and add BOUJEE BUCKS for past orders. But once you sign up they will be automatically added for all purchases from that point on.

I used a discount code to buy my item, does that mean it is a sale item? 

Yes, any item purchased using a promo or discount code will make it a final sale.

I see you post pictures of customers on your stories, how can I get my picture there too?

If you post a picture of you in your new item on your instagram and tag us, we will feature you on our stories and enter you into a monthly draw for a $50 gift card. 

 How soon after ordering will my items ship?

Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days once the order has been placed. We ship Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays) 

We ship out using Canada Post and shipping is calculated at checkout 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address on my order?

Once your order has been entered a shipping label is purchased and the item is processed. Please be sure to check your address before submitting the order. We suggest creating an account so your address is saved for easier checkout. You will also earn BOUJEE BUCKS this way. 

What can I do if my tracking says the packaged was delivered but I didn't receive it?

You will need to contact your local post office and provide your tracking number. Mannequin Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has shipped with Canada Post you will need to contact them for assistance. We will also do our best to help you locate the package so please email our customer service team at info@shopmannequin.com

I noticed a defect on my item but have already worn or washed it, can I return it?

Unfortunately once tags are removed and an item has been worn there is nothing we can do. Our team carefully inspects all items before they are shipped out. But, in the event you notice a flaw upon receiving your item please contact customer service within 2 days at info@shopmannequin.com and we will do our best to assist you.
