Regular Priced Merchandise
- Shipped orders — Can be shipped back to the warehouse within 14 days. You will be issued store credit to your account that you may use online at any time. All items must be unwashed, unworn and original tags attached. We do not offer refunds. Please allow 2 business days from delivery to the store for credit to be set up.
**Your store credit will never expire**
After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges- NO EXCEPTIONS.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for discounted or sale items on the website. All sale & discounted items are FINAL SALE.
We do not price match on previously purchased sale items.
Bodysuits, bralettes, jewelry, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, belts, scarfs, hats, beanies, mittens, handbags, gift certificates and beauty products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged NO exceptions.
We do not manufacture our products and do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion and customer must notify Mannequin Boutique by email or phone within 2 days of receipt, for a replacement item or repair. Items that have been washed, soiled OR items with Tags removed are NOT available for replacement, repair or return.
Once we receive the return, items will be thoroughly checked. If approved we will then issue your refund NOTE: Please allow for 2-3 business days for refund to be issued.
Please note, shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
